Behavior:

Greater amberjacks are an important species to the recreational fishery in Florida. They are found in oceans around the world, typically spotted on the seaward side of reefs and over deep drop-offs; they also like to hang out around wrecks. They are often found in small groups or alone, and they forage on fish and invertebrates.

Predators:

Sharks, barracuda and tuna.
