The Reef Smart team is proud to announce the publication of our Palm Beach, guidebook – the fourth publication in our Dive, Snorkel and Surf travel series.
Palm Beach, Florida, guide in stores and online now
The guidebook is 288 pages in length, and has an awesome mix of reefs and wrecks,” says Reef Smart managing director Ian Popple. “We feature detailed descriptions and 3D models of 30 dive and snorkel sites from Jupiter in the north, down to Boca Raton in the south. The guide covers incredible sites like the Jupiter Wreck Trek, the Mizpah Corridor, MV Castor and the world-famous Blue Heron Bridge, among others.” The guidebook, which is produced in partnership with Mango Publishing, also contains information about six popular surfing spots and has an extensive species section at the back.
The Palm Beach guidebook has been a year in the making and builds on the mapping work that began farther south in Broward County. Between the two Florida guidebooks currently available, Reef Smart has now mapped some of the best dive and snorkel sites along approximately 80 miles of the state’s southeast coast using our 3D modelling technique. Upon publication, the Palm Beach guidebook immediately became the #1 new release in the scuba travel category on Amazon. As with other locations, Reef Smart is also launching a line of waterproof dive and snorkel cards that will be available from local dive shops as well as through our website and on Amazon.
